Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions are provided for the information of Rocketman Motorcycle Accessories (RMA) customers and dealers.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of Australian Goods & Services Tax (GST) of 10%.

Any goods sold to customers outside of Australia will not be charged Australian GST.

Delivery

Unless otherwise arranged, all deliveries will be by Australia Parcel Post at current rates. Costs of delivery will be shown on the checkout page.  Delivery within Australia is normally 2-3 working days from shipment date.

Privacy

RMA is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of all our Dealers and Customers. We understand that your privacy is important to you.

Customers may be asked for individually identifiable information when ordering products from our e-commerce system.

Your personal information is recorded in your personal profile and your user account on our secure database.  If you no longer require a user account on our system, you can request to have it removed and all personal and identifiable information relating to you will be erased from our secure database. Your profile stores information you may volunteer to provide.

RMA will not release any individually identifiable data that might be collected in this way without the affected individual's prior consent.

If you believe that your privacy has been breached by using our website, we want to hear about it and we'll take prompt action on the matter.

Warranty

Formotion products are warranted against all manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from shipment date with the exceptions of physical abuse, damage and faulty or flat batteries. For products with batteries, if batteries do fail within the first 12 months (other than Electro-luminescant backlit clocks) , RMA will endeavour to supply only a new battery free of charge.

Refunds and Returns Policy

RMA, at its discretion, does not give refunds other than for warrantied items where a replacement is not available or acceptable. If a product does not live up to standards claimed by the manufacturers, RMA will provide a replacement or suitable alternative product free of charge.

Any goods to be returned to RMA for warranty replacement or refund must be accompanied by a Returned Goods Authority supplied by RMA. No rerurns will be accepted without this form.

 Security

The Rocketman E-Commerce shopping cart provides 128 bit Secure Socket Layer protection. This is the highest industry-standard encryption to transmit credit card information securely on its way from you the customer to our computers.
